The usual technique involves reaching on hand down while kissing   or lying beside her. Practical. How about this: position is to sit facing her between her open  legs,    while she is either sitting or lying back with her knees up. Try her positioned on a chair / the side of the bed / kitchen counter, with you kneeling or sitting in front.
