So I've started the whole trimspa challange thing...I'm doing everything I'm supposed to be doing diet exercise all that jazz!!!! Got into a spat with my psychiatrist about placebo drugs....I was in a good mood that day so I argued right back with him!! Why is it that doctors like to argue with you? Some doctors dont even want you participating in your treatment but I say fuck that!!! your the one trying to get better so you should be active in your treatment!!!

Ok back to the diet thing...does diet aids work??? well according to my doctor the only reason that they work is because your getting more exercise and your eating like you should....but what about the diets where people are eating like they normally do and still lose weight???
